Delivery

It normally takes four to six weeks from the time we receive your signed purchase order to the delivery of your very own Katahdin Cedar Log Home. Occasionally there is a large influx of orders that can cause a back-log. It is in your best interest to allow for variables when placing your order. Good planning helps everyone involved and we pride ourselves on doing everything we can to insure delivery of your materials when you need them

When thinking about building a log home, keep in mind the need for access roads capable of allowing trailer trucks to reach your building site. Wide, reasonably straight roads are a must.

The availability of your work crew is another consideration when planning your delivery date. Unloading the shipment is the customer's responsibility. Make sure you have plenty of equipment and/or willing hands available to help you.
